FAQs

How and when do you define the total payment for machines sold in mixed hashrate?

We will request 100% of the total payment based on an approximate total hashrate number. After hashrate testing, we will be able to determine the total hashrate. Therefore the total payment will be Total Payment = Total Hashrate * Price ($/TH).
We will refund you the difference if the total payment is less than the amount you have paid, and we will request additional payment to make up the difference if the total payment is more than the amount you have paid.

What is the lead time for used machines from payment to arrival?

  • Off-season (February to August):
    • 1 day -2 weeks for testing and cleaning, depending on the quantity
    • International shipping: 3-7 days for air shipping, 3-5 weeks for sea freight
    • Customs clearance: 1-3 days for air shipping, 3-5 days for sea freight
    • Local ground shipping: 2-5 days, depending on the shipping carrier's availability
  • Peak season (September to January next year):
    • 1-2 weeks for testing and cleaning, depending on the quantity
    • International shipping: 7-14 days for air shipping, 1-3 months for sea freight
    • Customs clearance: 1-5 days for air shipping, 1 week-1 month for sea freight
    • Local ground shipping: 2-5 days, depending on the shipping carrier's availability
